Found in 2015, Rocky Kitchen & Bath Technology specializes in granite / quartz products ( kitchen sink, vessel sink, shower base, bath, etc) factory. Locates in JiangMen, GuangDong, China. We adopt international advanced professional equipment(Vacuum casting machine)from Germany (A.D.M) and 100% raw material from Germany (Dorfner).

Corporate Culture

Our company sources premium quartz sand from Germany, where the material undergoes a sophisticated process. The natural granite ore is first subjected to atomic fission to create fine particles. After careful grinding and screening, the sand is processed to ensure consistency in particle size, resulting in a finely rounded product.

Our company uses rounded, small-particle quartz sand imported from Germany. In comparison to ordinary sharp-angled, large-particle quartz sand, our sand is finer and more refined. The volume of the German-imported quartz sand is one-fifth of ordinary sand, ensuring a more delicate and premium texture.

Our company employs German quartz sand with precision accuracy of up to 0.5mm. The raw materials are fully blended through stirring, then poured into molds. After that, air is extracted using high-pressure vacuum equipment. Once the products are cured and cooled, they are placed in an oven for further processing. The density of our quartz is 2.64g/cm³, with a consistent measurement of 2.71g/cm³ across all angles of the material, ensuring uniformity in every piece produced.
